Review protocols, intake forms, and member requests and respond on your own time. This is the majority of the clinical work.

Clinical areas.
Comprehensive panels read in context — lipids and advanced lipoprotein markers, glucose and insulin, inflammatory markers, thyroid, sex hormones, nutrient and organ panels — alongside history, medications, and symptoms.
Lipid and glucose management, insulin resistance, blood pressure, body composition, and long-term risk reduction.
HRT and TRT, thyroid, adrenal and perimenopause/menopause care — including monitoring, titration, and follow-up labs. Comfort prescribing and managing these therapies matters.
Protocol-driven preventive care: screening, risk stratification, and trending biomarkers over time rather than one-off visits.
Interpreting home vitals, sleep, activity, and continuous glucose data as part of the clinical picture.
Nutrition strategy, evidence-based supplementation, and behavior change support between visits.
Modes of care.
Meet with members live on video for health coaching or treatment needs — onboarding, complex reviews, and check-ins that need a conversation.

Open positions.

Physicians, NPs & PAs
Review async intakes, run sync visits, and prescribe and adjust hormone, cardiometabolic, and longevity protocols. NPs and PAs practice independently where state law allows; collaboration is arranged where required.
- — Async & sync visits
- — Prescribing & titration
- — State collaboration arranged where required

Health coaches & nutritionists
Support members between visits: translate the prescriber's plan into nutrition, supplementation, sleep, and movement guidance and stay engaged via chat.

Hormone optimization
Comfortable interpreting thyroid, sex hormone, and adrenal panels and titrating therapy over time — not one-and-done prescribing.
Cardiometabolic risk
Fluent in lipids, ApoB, insulin resistance, and glycemic markers, and able to explain risk to a member in plain language.
Biomarker interpretation
You read a full lab panel as a trend, not a snapshot, and know which values actually change a plan.
Vitals & wearable data
You can fold sleep, HRV, activity, glucose, and blood pressure data into a clinical decision without over-reacting to noise.
Nutrition, supplementation & lifestyle
Evidence-based guidance on food, movement, sleep, and supplementation that pairs with the medical plan.
Preventive, protocol-driven care
You like working from clear protocols, documenting well, and improving them — while still individualizing care.
You approach health personally
Members are people you follow over months — you care about their trajectory, not just the visit.
Comfortable in a virtual setting
